X Chat was built to close the communication gap between Go Wholesale’s sales team and their B2B clients. By combining seamless messaging, product lookup, and AI-powered suggestions, the platform empowers staff to respond faster, work smarter, and deliver a more consistent customer experience. Challenge

Sales teams were juggling multiple tools, slow product lookup, and inconsistent communication channels, which made it difficult to deliver fast and reliable support. My challenge was to simplify this complex workflow while keeping the experience clear, efficient, and easy for staff to adopt.

As the UX/UI designer, I created a unified chat experience that brings every essential function into a single, streamlined workspace.
